1. Use of Our Site and Services

2. Travel Services

2.1 Role as Travel Agency

We act as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We do not own, operate, or control these travel suppliers, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

2.2 Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking through our services, you enter into a contractual relationship with the relevant travel supplier(s). Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of these suppliers, in addition to our Terms.

2.3 Travel Information

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your booking have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and meet all health requirements for your destination(s). We may provide general information about these requirements, but it is your responsibility to verify this information with official sources.

2.4 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. Travel insurance is not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Prices

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices for travel services are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.3 Service Fees

We may charge service fees for our travel planning and booking services. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices may not include all applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges imposed by travel suppliers or government authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, fees, and charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier and the specific booking. These policies will be communicated to you before you make a booking. Our service fees are generally non-refundable even if your booking is canceled.

4.2 Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings are subject to the policies of the relevant travel suppliers and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your change requests but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

4.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, civil unrest, or pandemics.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Our Site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Yarkaya-Svinina Travel Agency and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yarkaya-Svinina Travel Agency and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Site or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Site and services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
